Sabrina Leggett has worked as a Full Stack Developer for over fifteen years, with a heavy focus on architecting advanced data workflows and backend systems. She has worked on teams of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies to local mission-driven organizations.

From 2022-2025 she worked at 9b, helping Data Analysts with scraping, aggregating, and visualizing data. She served as Lead Developer on the Neighborhood Explorer project, architected an ELT solution for HealthySteps Tulsa, and worked closely with 211 data.

Also at 9b, she created an algorithm and UI for merging and searching individuals throughout multiple criminal justice agencies. Most recently, she served as the technical consultant on the Vera Validity Report for CJAC. 

In her free time, she served as co-founder for Techogee and Code For Muskogee, leading FabLab and coding workshops. She also designed the curriculum and taught at Learn to Code Tulsa (originally Girls Who Code). She has lived in Oklahoma for the last ten years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Arts.
